I am 40 yrs old . My cretenian level is 1.3 mg/dl. How can i reduce this level please.

Creatinine level of 1.3 is upper range but is within normal value. It needs to be certain if you have any conditions that damages kidney like hypertension, diabetes, taking some medicines that damages kidney and so on. If possible please elaborate more. Drink plenty of water and repeat the test after few weeks. Please visit the physician if you are having any problem. Thank you!
