24 male Since last 2 months I'm having BP 130,140/80. Now my hands and body feels weak and I feel uncomfortable even while standing for a while I feel as if my hands are shaking a bit I feel weak and uneasy. Is it cause of my BP high or there could be anything else?what should I do to control MY BP now? Should I start using meds or other things help me out?? Plz advise
