We don't entertain mobile number sharing via our platform for both doctors and users as we have messaging and call features inbuilt in app. Doctor can reply your query in text or can have audio/video call if doctor favours. You can send the photos and videos via the app to doctor in text. We have one week of package for consultation and it costs 250 rs for a week consultation. You will get first reply from doctor within 24 hours. Hope this solves your query.

We have the calling facility in the app but it depends upon doctor if he favours calling or messaging. You will get the reply and solution to your problem in text if not video call. Plealse let us know how can we help you.
