Can gynaecomastia also happens with over weight . My age 20 yrs . Height 6.1ft, weight 86 kg

Yeah sometimes the more fat in your breast area may seem to look like gynaecomastia! You have BMI of 24.9 thats quite in upper range. Its better if you could decrease you weight little bit!
