Is Eukroma cream ( hydroquinone) safe to use to fade hyperpigmentation caused due to acne??? I am using an earbud to apply on the post acne marks.

Yes. I took an online consultation with a doctor and she recommended me to use Eukroma for 5 weeks only on my acne marks. I searched about the cream, some told that it might be cancerous if used for along time and has huge side effects. Is that true?
