यो Clobazam भन्ने औषधि कति लामो समय सम्म खान मिल्ने औषधि हो ? मैले यो 6 महिना देखि continue बिहान साझ 5/ 5 mg खाइ रहेको छु। पछिल्लो 3 महिना देखि lock down सुरु भए देखि follow up नगरी बिहान साझ continue खाइ रहेको छु। यो benzodiazepine class को medicine हो रे प्राय यो class को medicine छोटो समय को लागि doctor द्वारा दिइन्छ भन्ने सुनेको छु । के Clonazepam र Clobazam एउटै किसिमका medicine हुन ? benzodiazepine class को medicine Long-term use गर्दा tolerance, dependence, परिणाम हुन सक्छ रे ? suddenly छोडन dose घटाउन पनि मिल्दैन रे। मैले खान लागेको 6 महिना भयो। यो medicine खादा पनि seizure attack बेला बेला मा आइ रहेको छ। यो medicine जुन doctor बाट चलेको थियो उक्त doctor सग कुनै contact छैन। Please give me the best advice regarding the use of this medicine. What should I do in upcoming days if the lockdown continue same ? तपाईं Tab levetricetam २५०mg दिनको दुई पटक १० दिन सम्म र त्यस पछि ५००mg को दिनको दुई पटक जारी राख्नुस। clobazam लाई पहिले जस्तै जारी राख्नुस। अनि लकडाउन पछि काठमाडौ आउनु होला।

Thank You So Much doctor for the suggestion. So I can take this medicine for the long time without any fear even not able to follow up check up sir ? Im taking this clobazam medicine per day 2 time 5/5 mg but still time to time experience seizure attack and feel some strange difficulty in my head. When the seizure occur I do not lost conscious , I can feel everything around me. I only experience seizure for the short 10 to 15 second duration and everything feels normal like before.

It does no warm even if you take for lifetime. Despite possible dependency you have to take the medicine until you are checked again and medicine is changed by your doctor (by a neurologist). If you have seizure in between than an extra medicine need to be taken.
