namaste doctor. I'm a 45 years female. I'm a Dialysis patient. my lower left ribs cage is hurting when i move my body or when i touch since 1 month. what may be the cause is it because of gastric or uric acid? i had serum uric acid of 6.4 mg/dl in a month back test. please help, thank you.

it may be of different cause, one as u told gastritis may be one of the cause other causes r uremic pleurisy for which chest x ray may help and other u dont want to miss is pain due to cardiac cause pericarditis or ischemia for that ecg may help. i mean time u can take muscle relaxant with analgesic
