मैले यो Clobazam 5 mg औषधि 5 महिना देखि दिनको दुई पटक खाइ रहेको छु। मलाई at least 40 Second वा सो भन्दा short duration को टाउको मा extreme strange difficulty हुने र 40 second पछि सब normal हुने र दिनमा 6/7 पटक वा सो भन्दा बढी repeat भइ रहने समस्या थियो र MRI गर्दा report "1. Ring shaped cortical/ subcortical lesion with eccentric dot and blooming on SWI and calcification on phase images in the left hippocampal formation with minimal peripheral gliosis/edema. Findings represent calcified granuloma most likely related to neurocysticercosis. Other diagnostic consideration is tuberculosis. 2. Mild increased signal and volume loss of the left hippocampus as compared to the right. Findings are suggestive of left mesial temporal sclerosis. Clinical correlation is suggest " र VEEG गर्दा "Abnormal : IEDs : Left anterior temporal ( Abnormal VEEG record )" थियो त्यस पछि Doctor ले Clobazam सुरु गरे पछि 4 महिना सम्म यो टाउको मा हुने 40 second जतिको strange repeated difficulty हुने समस्या ठिक भएको थियो तर अहिले अहिले 15 दिन देखि सोही समस्या पुनः पुरानो किसिमले भइ रहेको छ, औषधि बिहान साझ continue खाइ रहेको छु तर पनि समस्या ठिक भएको छैन। म Kathmandu देखि उपचार गरि रहेको थिए तर अहिले म Arghakhanchi जिल्लामा छु र अहिलेको परिस्थितिले गर्दा regular follow up check up गर्न Kathmandu जान सम्भव छैन। दिन दिनै टाउकोमा time to time, repeated short duration difficulty ले एक दम गाह्रो बनाएको छ, अहिले को अवस्था अनुसार कुनै सम्भव विकल्प केही छ होला ? के गर्दा उचित होला ? केही सल्लाह को अपेक्षा गर्दछु।
