Anxiety र overweight छ भने यस्को कारण पनि हुन सक्छ। नियमित हल्का ब्यायाम, योगा, ध्यान गर्ने अनी relaxation techniques,deep breathing exercise सिकनुहोस। समयमा खानपान र निंद्रा मा ध्यान दिनु, Social media र news कम गरी हेरनूस केही फाईदा हुनछ की।
