29 female I have a malasma with lots of open pores and it’s been 2 3 weeks I have been facing this problem.So is this due to my irregular period problem or due to the age??

Melasma has multifactorial causes. Its basically due to ultraviolet rays, hormones, familial, stress and many more. Open pores concerned are called comedones associated with pimples. Melasma might be associated with irregula menses due to hormonal issues.
