Hello, If your pain in recent and almost continuous without radiation to hand, it may be muscle spasms. with radiation to hand may be cervical disc disease. And if it is episodic and u had history of headache in past, it may be migraine. Take pain killer and muscle relaxant, use hot water bag for 5 to 7 days. If your pain persists than you need evaluation.
