there is burning type felling and pain on chest and irritation in neck and in inner upper part of mouth there is itching type feeling. sometime burning type feeling on stomach too no fever bp-120/80 no sugar age 30 pulse 82

It may be gastritis or acid peptic disease. Please drink plenty of water, avoid spicy foods and dont stay empty stomach! Visit gastro doctor after lockdown if not relieved.
