Thank your for the question Birendra ji! It is not possible to.have guarantee of your bone healing as once it get fracture then it is difficult to have it as it was earlier. There are various factors responsible for non union like blood supply of bone, fixation achieved during reduction, time of surgery, physiotherapy and mobilization after surgery, dietary habits, if you have some chronic disease and so on. Please consult with the orthopaedecian you have undergone surgery for the cause and possible solution.
