I have a headache since last two days and some digging as well what should I do please any good suggestion or name of medicine

You can take one Tab Flexon or Paracetamol that will decrease your headache for now. If its severe and disabling please visit the nearby hospital. Please visit hospital after the lockdown is over if the headache continues.
