My 10 momths old son was having a fever for 2 days and mild Diarrhea for 1 day. gave him niko paracetamole syrup 1ml and metronidazole 2.5 ml. now he has no fever and diarrhea and he is okay but he is not eatting well and is vomitting everytime we feed him.

Don't feed much at once. Feed little in interval of one hour. Make Jeevanjal and feed via spoon as tolerated after each loose stool. Also continue breastfeeding and liquid food as tolerated. If the diarrhoea is more than 10-15 times a day, high grade fever or baby looks ill and cant eat, take to the hospital nearby.
