avoid food which can increase the migraine. 1. avoid tea/coffee/red wine, chocolate, ice cream, lemon, curd, chow chow. 2. don't skip a meal. 3. maintain sleep hygiene 4. decrease the stress level 5. if you are having more than 2 attacks per month , plz consult for medicine.
