Iam from janakpur. when i come kathmandu valley then i feel headache, low breathing, fatigue, loss of memory, blurr vision etc all time. may i have altiude problem or other.

It may not be altitude problem as Kathmandu is not much on great height. There may be other causes and detail investigation and examination is needed to look for what it is. Please visit nearby hospital and consult with doctor . Thanks
