more than one month ago i suffered from indigestion and stomach pain then i visit doctor at dubai after the prescription it was fine. then after 15 days again i suffered from chest burn and stomach burn and couldn't sleep properly as i feel difficult on breathing. nowadays i am having frequent heart burning feeling and chest discomfort and no pressure coming out while pooping. and next week i am visiting nepal for treatment. kindly advise on my symptom as the doctor from dubai they have written acute gastritis on my medical report.
