Syphilis ko kun test positive ho? Single dose penicillin liyeko ki Three injections. VDRL should be negativevin 1-2 yrs. TPHA test remains positive for life, but it doesn't mean infection. VDRL negative bhaye wife lai sardaina. Before family planning, booid tests for TPHA & VDRL needs to be done for both husband & wife.

now a days tpha 1:64 and vdrl proactive after getting dose of penicillin million befor 3 yrs
