I have white fibrous ring like whiteskin layer in top of foreskin which is elastic and making it tight .And white spot on glans also since 2-3 month.now using antifungal cram and taken medicine since 2 15 days but there is no improvement.what disease it might me?And which doctor and clinic i must go.please suggest
