Stomach cramping or pain that move all over in stomach and endoscopy report is antral gastritis and prescribed for nexpro fast 40 mg and itopride 50 2 tomes daily which i have consumed however cramping or pain continue after this course.Now before 2 days i have my stool test which shows E histolytica and consumed 3 days dose of tinidazol 500 mg twice daily but symptoms still continue please suggest..

Stool test containing E histolytica means you have amoebic dysentery and cramping pain in stomach is common in this condition. You need full dose of medicine. Please follow up your doctor again and have re stool check if its free from it or not. Further, give attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene. Its spread by contaminated food and water.
