it's a good question from anonymos user. I think if you explain your problem of pain in details with duration, condition of your movement of each join, posture of sitting, walking, underlying cause from last, quality of life after pain are to be explain,. ESR can be raised in many condition, not necessarily bone problem only. if you can approach it in more details, our goal snd step toward treatment is best. namaste amen 🙏🙌🙏

esr बढ्नु भनेको लामो समयदेखि कुनै इन्फेक्सन भएको हो भन्ने बुझिन्छ । infection कुन ठाउको हो भनेर पत्ता लगाउन अरु ठाउको जाँच र परिक्षण गर्नपर्छ । एकपटक अस्पतालमा गएर चिकित्सकको सल्लाहमा अरु केही परिक्षण गराउनुहोला। हड्डीको समस्या भए एक्स रे आदि गराउन आवश्यक हुन सक्छ।
