Migraine is a type of Headache. Anxiety is a condition in which you get fearful without reasons and have other symptoms of feeling of shortness of breath, discomfort in chest, fast heartbeat and feeling that something is going to happen or you may get heart attack. This is typical of a Panic anxiety.

Migraine is a kind of headache which is usually severe and associated with nausea, vomiting, irritation to sound and light lasting for 4-72 hours. Anxiety is nervousness and may be associated with fear fulness and restlessness. Treatment for both conditions are different.
