Is there any emergency medicine we can take in cases of heart attack? Injection even?

Heart attack is the condition to be diagnosed and confirmed clinically in hospital after ecg changes. If the symptoms are suggestive of the heart attack its better to reach the hospital as soon as possible and consult the doctor and undergo the treatement accordingly rather than having self treatment at home.
