Eye bags can be genetic or due to ageing. In younger person, its usually genetic & mild. Mild eyebags can be treated with Fillers. Fillers are hyaluronic acid injected under eyes. If eyebags are quite big & due to aging, you need to remove it via surgery called blepharoplasty.
