pain in left lower quadrant in video x ray both ovaries are normal in echotexture with evidence of few follicles / anechoic structures within it particularly in the left ovary there are multiple at least 8 in number one of the largest measuring 1.6cm in diametter. this problem is started from first physical relation so what to do plz tell me doctor ??
