direct bilirubin level was 0.5 but alkaline phosphatase level was 125, this can't be gallbladder problem right? i was consuming ppi [pantopazole sodium, dopan dsr at first & pantopazole/domperidone late] and liv52 with second session. abdomen pain early in the morning and yellow stool or tarry stool or mixed randomly (planning to note diet). My MCHC from CBC is 30.4 no nausea or vomiting yet. Body weakness, indigestion and fatigue are some of the symptoms. shall I check pancreas enzymes too? or this is worsening ulcer or cancer?

Need to have detailed history and investigations. Do you consume alcohol? Better to see for USG of abdomen too.
