hlw sir I am suffering from heart burning and chest pain ,shortness of breathing and I smoke to but from few days I am having lot of problems so plz can you let me know what can be the cause I am also a constipation patinet but I am having my stole daily 🙂I think it's may be corona or gastric probelm I am just 17 sir plz can you help 🥵🥀

Do you have fever cough or any other symptoms? It may be due to gastritis too. Take plenty of water and Tab pantop 40 mg once a day for 10 days.
