its been 2 or 3 cycles my butthole hurts so much when I’m on my period, lower belly and back hurts alot too but butthole hurts more than anything. i was rush to hospital at 1am and injected with painkiller and other day i got my blood checked up and video xray report came normal. it hurts so much for over an hour like i need to poop so bad. I’m pretty sure its not constipation cuz theres no poop even if i force it. And it happens only during my period( first three days)
