hello D, 1 month dekhi malai constipation le dukha derako xa. khana khaye paxi gas varinxa pet ma ani pet ne saro saro hunxa. toilet jada ne stool completely audina ali kati matra hunxa. pani din ma 3 liter vanda dherai nai peuxu stool pani hard xaina. kei medicine khanu parxa ki dr?
