I have 3 skin colored small bumps on my foreskin of penis, initially it was 2 and now it is 3 since past few days (7/8 days). Can It be genital warts? Also I want to be circumcised as my penis does not easily retract back. Does circumcision completely remove such warts after the surgery as those bumps are only on my foreskin and I have seen those bumps few days ago only or it may appear again? Please help ! Considering current Covid scenario; can circumcision be done any soon? If can be done; how can I book an appointment and what is the cost?
