Clue cells in penile discharge is suggestive of Gardenella infection . Its a bacteria. You should take a course of antibiotics . Please visit the derma and veneorlogist nearby hospital for the medication. You can consult via hamrodoctor directly with the dermatologist by going through this link and even upload report and get necessary suggestions. https://www.hamrodoctor.com/service/dermatology
