my wife is having fever of 99-100 from yesterday ...she is taking paracetamol but temperature remains undet 98-100. she is slight headche and slight dry cough....is it anything to worry...more she is breastfeeding 14 months baby and sleep with baby...is it ok??

take paracetamol 5oomg 2 tablet every 8 hrs and do PCR for covid 19
