Absolutely insensitive towards patients. Doesn't listen to what the patient has to say, invalidates the pain they are feeling, and acts like he knows everything about their situation AS WELL AS forces procedure that the patient didn't even ask for. -1/10. Don't recommend at all! Save your time, energy, and money. You deserve better.
